Ristac, its not uncommon for an outgoing chairman to stay on for a bit. Think of it in terms of the American presidency. The day after the election, the winner knows he'll take over the role a few weeks later. In the interim, he/she gets his/her own staff to shadow the main players in Defence, State, etc to ensure a smooth transition. Nevermind all that, have we had any hints/tweets yet suggesting who's coming in today before the loan window closes?
