No he was banned from all of club football for 8 months. The worldwide ban just meant he couldn't avoid it by moving to another club.

 

I only get this way when I'm asked seventeen times if I support a Uruguayan footballer biting an Italian one and, despite saying that I don't, I'm continually asked some more because a tit with low-esteem thinks he can boost his moral fibre with self-righteous indignation in the cyber-world.
