Ipod, I've had it for 4 years and it's way, way better than it's rivals at the time, the mp3.It's a really good machine.

The only thing that they can't make are ear phones, they are shocking.

 

Agreed there are far better products around then the stuff made by Apple, people just want to be seen with a Apple product as it's the 'in thing'.
Didn't Apple steal some stuff from HTC?.

Actually, you'll find that there have always been mp3 players which were far cheaper than iPods and did the exact same job. What you're paying extra for is purely aesthetic, as with all Apple products.

I don't know or care. Apps are just made by random people, so that has nothing to do with Apple's business practice.

No, it's not.I've used other mp3's and the Ipod is much better.

Macbooks are the worst. They cost like 3x more than a normal laptop of the same specs but they weigh less and look cooler. The most annoying thing about them is how everybody who owns one never stops sneering about every non-macbook. ****s.

 

Pretty much everything that Sony make is of a better quality.

Yes. Both are far better than an Ipod in so many ways.

 

If you like listen to music at the highest of quality, I suggest that you buy some BOSE headphones, now those are superb.

 

Get my own cat? No chance, can't stand them. Shouting doesn't work, they just sit and stare at em. The hose pipe works but they come back. Clipping the back end of one with my deoderant launched out the bedroom window scared one of them once!

 

Agree with this, our company decided to purchase them for Sales Directors because they had word that some PowerPoint style application was the best thing since sliced bread and only ran on MACs so promptly spunked £5,000 on them. Then PowerPoint 2010 came along, they realised it was better than this application they brought them for and promptly made me dual boot them all with Windows 7 and those guys still sneer at everyone else's (faster) Sony Vaios and Samsung ultrabooks we buy now, even though they run the same OS!

 

I have to disagree with you. As an audiophile I have always used Sennheiser.

Rather tragically for we men our hearing deteriorates with time and exposure to high volumes of noise.

The best advice I would give is never use those earphones that you place in your ear as that directs the sound right on to the ear drum and can cause serious damage if you play it too loudly.

As in everything in life buy the best and when using ear phones don't have the volume too high.

 

Considering apples don't have headphone jacks, that makes them pretty redundant.
