That's a fair point, considering how we've been written of so often this season, to only be beaten to the title on goal difference by a team who has spent that much money is pretty impressive tbh. Hopefully we'll get a few new names in and cut some of the dead wood loose and be up for the challenge again next season.
I can't help but to think back to the Everton game, where two points were flushed down the toilet in an utterly pathetic, shameful 10 minutes. Oh what might have been..
That hurt, but i never expected QPR to even get as close as they did so i cant be shocked. I always knew if they equalised QPR wouldn't last long. Credit to the opposing fans who aren't gloating today.
I will transfer the money to him as soon as possible. All I need is his bank account details, address, passport number and date of birth
Never expected anything from today, but the way it transpired is absolutely heartbreaking. I don't mind telling you that I'm not in the best of moods. Fully deserved City, that's how you win the league.
every club in the world is above cheaters man united. you lost fair and square you little bitch, don't try make yourself feel better by bringing up Pool. typical manc.
What a finish, best in years, maybe a little sweeter becausse city got it but not much, great entertainment, thats without the Barton comedy road show, considering that ticket prices were cheap
was thinking same when they were 2 1 down. If you want the league you have to take it, qpr weren't gonna hand it to them. United lost the last two leagues by 1 point and now goal dif, those two if they'd been won, how many would that be in a row
Funny how things work out, maybe QPR might have tried a bit harder once they knew they were safe if Ashley Young wasnt such a blatant cheat in the game against them. For once, cheats didnt prosper.
To be honest, even if we'd won I'd still have been disappointed. Not good enough this season. Fergie has a LOT of work to do in the transfer market. Kagawa isn't the answer. We don't need more nippy wingers, we need at least 2 creative players and a defensive midfielder. The entire midfield needs to change.
Would've been six in a row. 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12. Pretty impressive for a team "in decline" Tho worth noting that 07/08 went down to the last day too, and would also have been on GD had Chelsea not drawn their last match.
Aye, true that. It really shouldn't have come to this so I can't complain. Full credit to QPR who I know werent playing for us, but they threw their away form out the window and gave us a glimmer then a huge amount of hope. Onwards and upwards!
