Carroll to score first, LFC to win 1-0 is 50/1...pity I don't bet for or against my own team....tempting!

    phew, them huge odds.

if you put us winning 1-0 at 5/1 then carroll at 8/1 to score would make sense.... good value there even if a gamblers bet

It's a joke Kompany's appeal has been turned down. FA are such ****ers.

However he misses both our games.

Any ideas who will replace him?

it seems that clarke is saying we'll be pretty tight tonight. he says we are not going to put ourselves under pressure for an away goal.
interesting...... I hope city aint bothered with this cup but seeing they are out of the cl and FA then i suppose looking at this as 3 matches to put anothe rpot on the side baord they have to show some kind of interest.

For me i think this is the biggest game of our year especially after watching the other semi!

in answer... they game was not that good no but there was nothing there to fear... so the side who wins over two legs to play them only has to avoid the arsenal debacle last year to win.

Is Fabio Aurelio fit for this game?

He has played in midfield before and I believe he can play a role alongside Spearing/Henderson thus freeing Gerrard up. His passing range is good and he is also more disciplined that Adam.

i thought aurelio was really poor vs oldham.
probably not a good game to put him in the lineup.

city are without kompany, both toures, dzecko, silva and balotelli apparently?
