Kenny out ffs. he is not a top premiership manager in a million years...sentimental appointments just because he was a liverpool legend dont work....qpr and now wigan with the latter totally in command.....shocking kenny....
I don't understand why people keep saying that Kenny has been so good at bringing youth through compared to Rafa, i would say they're about the same, the youth we have now are just of a higher standard than the ones rafa played
I'll just ask this quick. If Kenny was to leave, who would you like to replace him as manager? I'm curious to see if you actually have an answer that makes clear sense. What as it got to do with fans, its the top brass who choose the manager and they have got it badly wrong this time...
James in Nottingham texts: "Except for Suarez, Gerrard and Reina, Dalglish has got a distinctly average squad to work with. And the fans seem to have already forgotten that Kenny got them their first trophy in six seasons last month." He brought in most of the average ffs!!!
We now have the poorest home record since 1958 . We have gone downhill since winning the Cup. Is this the curse of Birmingham City striking again?
The last mnager breaking records like this was.....dum dum daaaaaaam Roy Hodgeson FSG didn't tolerate his record...why would they treat this any different?
Good point. Reina Johnson Skrtel Agger Enrique Lucas Gerrard Suarez That's a good spine, just need a good manager who can bring in good players to make it challenge.
Its frustrating that someone like James McCarthy is a much better player than Henderson who would have been a lot cheaper
Problem is that Johnson and Agger are always injured so there is no consistency. And we can't keep saying Gerrard is top class because sadly he isn;t anymore. I don't consider him in the same bracket at Reina, Agger, Suarez etc.
Exactly, eight strong first team players making a very good spine IMO. The others make for good squad players if we can bring in one or two quality signings. Of course, Agger, Gerrard and Johnson are fairly injury prone too. Add to that that we do not know how Lucas will be when he returns and that spine becomes a little worrying.
Clearly not TBH Rafa seems an good choice if the situation should arise. But it kind of depends on the relationship Rafa had with certain players in his final season.
In my opinion if it happens then Gerrard and Carragher should accept it or leave, their thoughts shouldn't even be taken into consideration
