    It's a slippery slope I'd agree.

dunno, I'd say, although most were minimal incidents unworthy of a stop-go, that the blame was put where it belonged. Massa's problem is he refuses to concede a place, seemingly prefering to have some sort of contact instead, maybe he's fighting too hard for his seat.

Herbert's a douche. It's probably been posted already but here's a snippet from Brundle's BBC column:

Just wondering, are Mercedes the only team to allow their drivers to change brake bias manually?
Looks like a pain of a job at 100% race distance as well as flying laps in qualifying.

    Total race penalties
    Lewis Hamilton 5
    Sergio Perez 4
    Pastor Maldonado 3
    Jenson Button 2
    Paul di Resta 2
    Kamui Kobayashi 2

Those are all the drivers with two or more. Only 6 and all 3 british drivers feature. Doesn't scream bias.

I'm surprised that Perez has four race penalties. I thought he's the sort to stay out of trouble. What were Perez's penalties for?

I know he got 2 in China - one for a silly moment with Sutil and another for a collision with Heidfeld (<--- which should have been a racing incident). Why/where were the other two penalties given?

India for ignoring double waved yellows. Australia for the illegal wing?

Bit unfair counting the penalty with the wing at Australia since Perez had no knowledge of it...

    Found it.

In addition to the drive through two drive through penalties he picked up in China, he got one in Hungary for overtaking whilst yellow flags were shown (I think this was when he passed Trulli) and another for causing a collision with Buemi in Spa (which would explain why Perez had to pit for a new front wing while Buemi's rear wing was damaged).
