dunno, I'd say, although most were minimal incidents unworthy of a stop-go, that the blame was put where it belonged. Massa's problem is he refuses to concede a place, seemingly prefering to have some sort of contact instead, maybe he's fighting too hard for his seat.

I'm surprised that Perez has four race penalties. I thought he's the sort to stay out of trouble. What were Perez's penalties for? I know he got 2 in China - one for a silly moment with Sutil and another for a collision with Heidfeld (<--- which should have been a racing incident). Why/where were the other two penalties given?
Found it. In addition to the drive through two drive through penalties he picked up in China, he got one in Hungary for overtaking whilst yellow flags were shown (I think this was when he passed Trulli) and another for causing a collision with Buemi in Spa (which would explain why Perez had to pit for a new front wing while Buemi's rear wing was damaged).
