Just noticed that Karthikeyan was only 0.021s off Ricciardo's time. Great effort... or pretty bad, if you looking at it from Ricciardo perspective. And my other thing to say is that we shouldn't rule out McLaren. This promises and exciting race and who says you need to start in the top 3 to win it. Lewis qualifyed 2nd and Jenson would been very close to that were it not for Massa so they have the pace.
Hehehe… and I thought you understood the Earth's relationship with the Sun Westy! (I have a slightly different problem, having been awake for about 10 hours).
I did neither, didn't realise they went back. I was looking at the analogue clock on the wall rather than my phone (which updates automatically), of all the mornings to pay attention to the wall clock. At least they didn't go forward I suppose.
I can only say that there were mitigating (and intoxicating) circumstances that meant I neglected my timekeeping abilities!
Has that contraveined par ferme rules? I thought once they started qualifying the car specs were set?
So what Absolutely said yesterday about replacement parts being identical woudl have royally screwed Ferrari had they needed to replace a front wing during the race? Seems either an oversight, or they have taken advantage of Massa's accident yesterday to put the new wing on the car. Looks so flimsy. Will it last a race distance, or could it be given a black/orange flag if it looks too dangerous?
Ted Kravtiz said that if it looks as dangerous as it did in practice then Ferrari might have to change it to an older spec wing during a pitstop.
