If this is true, I'd like to know: 1. Does it mean at the end of 2012 or the end of 2011 2. Why Marko thinks he has the right to make the announcement.
I have to say (well I don't have to but I'm going to), Webber's been talking like a man with something to hide lately. His post-quali interview yesterday was painful.
A great race. Hungary might not be the most entertaining track but it's a natural racing venue which has more than cemented it's place on the F1 calendar. A very warm, traditional feel to it which doesn't leave you feeling cold and passionless like these new Grand Prix's out in the East. Button was supreme once again in challenging conditions. He really is a cut above the rest when it comes to these conditions. Very good, mature drive from Vettel as well. McLaren have had two excellent weekends and should look forward to Spa and Monza immensely. The championships may be out of reach but there's a lot of pride and trophies to be won still. A great race to enter into the summer break.
Alright guys? Sorry im late but can i just say. **** Yes! One important thing to note as well is that due to hamiltons tyres, i believe Jenson would have won in the dry today. Great drive although Lewis was unlucky. Not many points to hand out this week el bando.
Didn't get to see any build up but did Jake et al. mention the BBC/Sky comments much. From the comments in Bensons Blog:
I missed something in all of this, is the BBC and skys sharing contract agreement going on for 7 Years ?.
Their current contract is until 2018, but we all know how worthless contracts are these days. Much like the Concorde agreement is worthless to certain parties. 4 week break now till our next GP. Time for some Forum games perhaps?
I believe people want the banner updated so we'll open up for images soon and then have a vote Look forward to your game
Another question is when do the open up the Spa thread. A 4 week build up is probably excessive I'll set up a new banner thread some time this week, assuming another person doesn't beat me to it. Then the voting can be done the following week. With games galore to keep us ticking over P.s. Winners of the vote are: Julius Caesar Somewhat Congratulations
I know I'm double posting but I just read that Hamilton personally apologised to di Resta for making him go off track with his spin after the race, didn't pick this up earlier (and probably not news to most of you). Nice touch to end the evening. Night folks
Well done to the 2 guys that voted for Button - clearly nobody else saw that coming with his bad luck from the previous 2 races.
I have said in the past that i am not keen on Hamilton but i must say he handled himself very well after the race yesterday
