It's looking dull. Looking cold, but they're all moaning about it being hot. I think it will be raining by the end of the race.

I've just checked the forecasts actually, and they show no chance of rain.

Is the Mclaren good on it's tyres? Newey reckons degredation will be an issue, and we know the Lotus is good on it's tyres.

It is an odd choice of words from Horner. If they were innocent a simple and categorical 'No' would have been more natural.

Quite simply, no Hamilton ran out of grip at the end of Valencia in the hot conditions, and Button's tyres in Germany degraded quicker than both Vettel + Alonso the race is open for anyone in the top 7

Hope Hamilton and Button have a good race today, they could both be in with top 3.

Good hope for Lotus then. Come on Grosjean, you can beat Hamilton!

Horner is incapable of simplicity. The more he can complicate his waffling answers, the better he thinks he's doing his (cover) job.

Or maybe he enjoys people criticising them? I remember he said something along the lines of feeling honoured that people moaned about them, as it means they were doing well.

With the privilege of a day off (sort of), I have the pleasure of listening to the man who likes to call himself 'Crofty'… Ugh, I'd forgotten how (insert expletive) awful he is… He's so up his own backside he almost makes Legard sound good. (Actually, that's not true, so I retract it).

I think there is an option for the beeb commentary if you stream the race online.

EDIT: Or you could mute the TV and put Radio 5live on and have James Allen instead.

Won't Red Bull's tyre degradation be compromised by the engine map ban?
