Is Vettels KERS not working? near the start when he was racing Alonso and they had their graphics side by side onto the start finish straight I noticed Alonso used all his but Vettel started to but it didn't go down all the way.

This is the time where Ferrari comes into it's own - the tyre temperatures are up and Alonso can use the pace.
