I would have liked to see Teixiera and Mclauglin than the two youngsters BR's chosen today. Rossiter is a great potential, but he's 16ffs. what was he thinking of having him in the bench in a big game like this. Ideal game to have Tex, with his huff and puff approach and been doing really well in the reserves. Shame he's not had a look in.

Signs aren't good. Ref bottling a card because it's so early in the game and all deflections, high balls and headers are dropping to Chavski players. We aren't helping our cause either; we look rattled, can't keep hold of the ball and seem to be all over the place when Chelsea have the ball. Get Johnson off. He was on the line to clear the ball but I count 6 times he's given the ball away. Awful player, get him off.
Hmmm, don't see Allen as the issue here. Defence weak: FB's ponderous, at least one CB clueless, front 3 careless; starting chelseas attacks for them. Stranding our midfielders too high each time the forwards lose the ball far too easily .... Midfield too busy chasing around trying to clean up the ****e happening in front and behind them rather than possession football needed to tire this Chelsea team. But yes, a player in the middle to take a hold of our team and slap them about would be great. Pity we don't have one of those in the entire squad...
we had a good 2nd half against city, just hope for the same sort of commitment with better finishing. we wont get many chances, but when we do we have to score.
