Is it just me or are the marshalls this season quite retarded, we had the marshall who fell over pushing a HRT away and then the rest of them just carried on pushing it over him, then we got the marshall who fell over while trying to run to Vettel's car, then the one yesterday who tried to slow the cars down by becoming a sleeping policeman, not to mention the ****ing idiot marshall who jumped out in front of Buemi during the demo. Seriously what the **** is going on?
Trust me, British marshals are the best period! I'm just a trainee and I'm suprised how well they work under those conditions while being drunk all the time Shout out to the marshals at Brands Hatch!
What would you guy's have done if you saw a marhsall die infront of your eyes on TV? I would have screamed like a girl, what about you lot?
I'd probably have carried on laughing at the comical fall and then hated myself for it afterwards. It was a strange moment, I was terrified for him at the time but couldn't stop laughing.
Over 1000 Posts in one thread? Thats amazing . Thanks Guys! Also I would like to say well done to AG and BLS over the weekend. They deserve some Rep!
There wasn't - not that the mods didn't do a good job but I think almost all of the new members were great - intelligent, interesting, good spellers, etc., and there were quite a few, probably as a result of the long interruption. Hope most of them come back.
Ok im not going to bother sifting through 1031 posts but does anybody know why button gained on seb at nearly 2 secs per lap. Vettel then matched the pace but I presume he had to turn up the engine.
Was told to manage the gap to 2nd, and not to push. Gather jenson just had more heat into tyres and could just pressure seb into a mistake towards the end. Seb was miffed maybe because he thought he could of won it if he was allowed to keep pushing, yet in a different reality seb might of crashed and got nothing.
Or was it that McLaren set themselves up for a wet race, which also gave them an advantage when it started drying, or quite possibly McLaren are starting to understand their car a bit better. Can't wait for British GP and we actually see how quick the RBR is without the blown exhaust to rely on in Quali.
With the blown diffuser, I think Red Bull only use 45% of off-throttle blowing possible, whilst Renault use nearer 90%, so they may drop back substantially too.
That's what we've been told but maybe it's possible that Red Bull's diffuser also provides better downforce under 45% than Renault's does under 90%.
Thats a very good point, Red Bull only use 45% for a reason, if using 90% increased downforce further, then I'd naturally assume they would. Admittedly I don't know enough about aerodynamics to explain why using half the gas can be more effective, but I'll leave that to Newey.
I think once the ban is bought in the 107% rule will become superfluous. The guys at the back will make the most gain, except maybe Lotus who use the Renault engine.
