Don't know, I do not think so because he only used the primes in Q2. Maybe the car just worked better on the primes, or that he just was not pushing as hard as he could in order to save his tyres for the start of the race.
So why are my views tedious? It seems anyone who praises or makes lame excuses on here for the old guy is a hero and smart. Anyone who states FACT where the old guy performs less well is the anti-christ. God you lot are sad - one-eyed hero worshippers.
So, whenever any driver out-qualifies his team-mate he blew him away. Vettel blew Webber away, Button blew Hamilton away, Alonso blew Massa away, Sutil blew di Resta away, etc. It seems to happen at every race.
I'm not sure whether to feel sorry for you or jealous. I really miss getting up for the Australian and Japanese grands prix at 4am.
