I don't recall any City fan spouting that we pass, pass, pass all game, every game, but when they do pass, pass, pass it is glorious to watch. What's wrong with mixing it up a bit? Seems a sensible idea to me, if you have players and a team that are capable of playing more than one dimensional football, that can only be a good thing.
