Following the game on BBC sport text and on here Going by what is getting said we are creating chances but not getting the goal AGAIN and our defense has been shaky What formation are we playing??
A cross between 4-4-chase Zenit and hope they miss, and 4-2-3-why are there gaps in our midfield. Both seem ineffective so far.
I'd say the chances are even, both teams could have 3 goals, difference is Reina made 3 good saves whereas Suarez put 3 chances wide.
0-0 is good at this stage - Zenit have a good side and are at home (remember the conditions and pitch are the opposite of what our players are used to). Luis came very close. Hendo is putting a great shift in, as is Enrique. Johnson looks comfortable with Danny; Carra and Stevie are standing out so far. Need to get the wingers more involved. Allen seems to receive the ball and have no options.
Strange game. Wised up defensively as the half went on, Suarez from last season has turned up and it could arguably be 4-4! Same again in the second half, be tight defensively and nick a goal on the counter.
