I think MOST fans and conventional wisdom would say Sterling for Shelvey at HT,as Shelvey has been dire Does anyone actually believe that will be the 1st sub that occurs, I dont, BR will bring on Sterling for Suso, who never seems to get a go IN HIS POSITION 1st half we have been dire, poor touches, poor passing, poor decision making.Downing and Gerrard been ok, even the normally good Johnson and Agger have been below par
I'd be telling some of them, keep this up and your finished at this club. Gerrard has been muck btw Shelvey needs a lot of work, a lot, parts of his game have been neglected
Shelvey has been very poor, Suso is getting bullied. I'd take both of them off and put Sterling and Henderson on. Make it 4231 and push Gerrard into the AM role leaving Hendo and Lucas in middle.
Not out of this game lads, we were 2-1 down against West Ham and came back. We were poor, but we still created chances, if we up our game we can get right back in to this game, seen enough to not think otherwise.
Hopefully we come out a different team for the second half Wow just read that our pen was the 1st in 31 games
He was always good for a goal and some hard work but I don't think he'd be the answer to our problems. Hyypia is the one I think we miss for a game like this. Even Kyrgiakos would do a better job than Agger/Skrtel are doing currently.

Let's face it, we can't play much worse, let's just hope Rodgers lays into them and they play how we know they can in the second half I think people need to give Stoke some credit here too. The have pressed and harrassed our players non-stop, this is making it hard for us to play our normal game. The complete opposite to the Fulham game!!! If Shelvey doesn't come off then Something isn't right as he looks so far out of his depth tonight... It's actually made me think he never will be good enough from this display.
ps. PLAYERS SLIPPING, is poor management and lack of professionalism from the player, players should be able to find out and work out which f**kin boots they dont slip in
Suso has been our highlight so far I think. Stoke really are a dire team. A poor excuse and an embarrassment to the best league in the world.
