Guess you have to expect a little uncertainty at corners when you play such a makeshift side.

and Yesil, young as he may be, can't stop scoring for Germany but looks so lost when he plays with us? Our balance looks way off in the middle for sure.

Rodgers needs to sort out who needs to do what roles/come out in that midfield trio. No one is picking up Ki and he is just running all over us.

He has two of our most useless players in Cole and Downing to supply him. Still unsure on Assaidi.

I don't know what Brendan's reasons for playing him are.

He's absolute dogshit. Exactly the kind of player we have been working hard to get rid of over the last 2 years and exactly the type of player that has hindered our team in the last 20 years all reputation and very little return in terms of performances or effort.

Yet Brendan persists with him when available instead of giving chances to people like Adorjan.

Looking at the positives, we did go 1-0 down in our last Capital One Cup encounter and we all know what happened in that game.

Cole is a liability - he doesn't pick anyone up in defence (like say Ki).

We're a little toothless without Suarez.

Rodgers is getting done by his own formation, the formations and styles are identical, the difference three players Ki, Pablo Hernandez and Dyer.

Jaffa= On assaidi, really? I think ever time he plays he has been impressive, his crosses have been dangerous and he looks the most likely to try and get us going in attack.

Cole represents everything wrong we ever did in the past with players, transfers, bosmans, high wages, no return, injuries, etc.

This is also a game where a Lucas, Mascher, Sissoko type shine as they help break up any of those slick passing and look to destroy the movement.

We almost have three Joe's in midfield.

Joe Allen, Joe Cole, Jonjo Shelvey.

It's got to the point with cole that if the club was found to have hired a hitman to get rid of him i'd just think fair enough

J.Cole has had next to no impact unfortunately, that link between midfield and attack is really lacking from us, we're just lacking that creative spark that Suarez brings.
