yes, that was what caused our draw Nothing to do with Young boys whatsoever it was all you mate well done
Yeah they can. If they beat us and Anzhi beat Young Boys it will leave us, Udinese and Young Boys on seven points. Because there are three teams level on points, I believe it goes to goal difference. Udinese and Anzhi would have to win by a few though... We're on +1 Young Boys are on -1 Udinese are on -3
I thought it was h2h first because they were saying you would be through tonight if you won, but you'd only have been 3 points ahead of young boys.
Getting tired of us dominating large periods of the game and not closing games out. Think tonight was a shocker.
It is H2H but there would be three sides on seven points so I think that makes it goal difference instead???
ah yes, I didn't take that into account!, they are still in it, could be very confusing in a couple of weeks!
Having said that, both Udinese and Young Boys would finish ahead of Liverpool on H2H (Udinese would have beaten us twice, Young Boys will have scored more away goals after two draws) so it would be between them two (don't know their results off hand)
You beat young boys 5-3 didn't you? you're right though it goes to goal difference when three are on the same points. EDIT: AndyI says it is head to head, damn
It goes on the 3 way head to head. If that is equal for all 3, then its goal difference. Looked it up on the Europa Regs earlier If Udinese beat Liverpool and Young Boys lose then all 3 are on 7 points Head to Head YB W2 D1 L1 UDI W2 D0 L2 POOL W1 D1 L2

If this procedure does not lead to a decision, criteria f) to h) apply; f) superior goal difference from all group matches played; g) higher number of goals scored from all group matches played; h) higher number of coefficient points accumulated by the club in question, as well as its association, over the previous five seasons (see paragraph 9.03).
