He can't paly in this round as Heerenven are also in this round but can play in the next round if we go through. Think it will more than likely be Carroll, Borini, Downing/Sterling up top.
Oh yes, forgot about that. Sterling to replace Assaidi tomorrow then, and Assaidi to come on Sunday and get 30 mins or so
What is going to annoy me is that everyone can see how bad Downing is but I really don't think he will be dropped when I am not a fan of Carroll but would much much rather see Carroll in there with Suarez, Borini, or Assaidi next to him.

Well he should do really considering we'll be playing against Hearts, I mean no disrespect to Hearts but they're no Man City. And not really, although I just took my dog to the park to meet up with my mums friend, she also has the same dog as me, she wants her dog to breed and we want Billy to breed to, so they just met for the first time but they were fighting and she bit him on the lip and he was bleeding a fair bit, got blood on my hand and all over my jumper My poor dog

Guess Carroll will get his start... I know a lot of people have passed judgement on the lad not being good enough or able to adapt... I'm not made up yet... maybe yes, maybe no. I fear playing him with a second string against a potential banana peel is not going to really show if he can cut it. We should beat hearts but fear we are underestimating them.
Yeah, same thoughts. Got to be careful though, Flanagan has suffered since he first made an appearance. From that squad, the team I would like to see: --------------------Reina Kelly--------Coates-------Agger---------Robinson -------------------Lucas ------------Shelvey-----Allen Henderson---------Carroll--------------Borini Agger may as well play as he needs fitness and misses the weekend. Lucas could do with some first team game time for fitness also and can come off later. Allen needs to make his mark as quick as possible, so the team get used to his game. I would like to see Henderson feature again, he needs to really find his own position, think he should focus there for now.

Don't want to ruin their potential lads.... Suso for me. He has been scoring or getting assists in every reserve game and when he was with the team in teh summer looked good as well. He needs to be tested against better competition so we can see where he is at and if he needs some loan time or can he cut it for us now? I would rather have Ngoo over Eccleston.
