i'm lost mate please explain as i'm going through a coronary and the lack of blood to my brain is effecting my understanding of things

 

that was lovely, at the end it they pressured COME ON LADS 3RD YEAAAAHHH, we've nearly got half the points we had last season already

 

Having the same problem I'm afraid.

 

Theres alot of whining and bitching on here, we are in 3rd place and just won at Wolves where we havn't won for 500 years. We were lucky but who ****ing care's. Bring on Spurs!

 

Terrible subs but the time to argue about that is later....WE ARE 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT ****ING BELIEVE IT!!! I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!

More like a third, really, but y'know ha

 

tbh that kind of match we would have lost last season... abother improved result-2010 1-1 2011 -1-2 its what the good teams do grind out results in unlikly circumstances

 

like i said it's more anxiety than anything else watching for years as we give it away at the last minute i'm well chuffed (or i will be when my heart rate slows) with another win and up to 3rd great times

will go into the second half at a later time when i've calmed down

 

You would be a ****e football manager with a view like that.

"Well we did lots of stuff wrong but WHO CARES let's forget about it we won 3 points"

Any win or whatever should never overshadow mistakes which WILL bite us right back in the arse in the future if they aren't straightened out. The mistakes today which almost cost us 2 points could end up costing us, 4, 6 or even more points as the season goes on if they continue.

Pardew has to get it fixed, and he has to fix his own pleb subsitute decision making.

 

All the pundits said we wouldn't stay fourth and they're right. . . FOURTH!!!

 

If we allow spurs to bombard our defence like that for a full half our winning streak will end.. we need to sort it as soon as possible.. better teams will tear us apart if we take that approach... we need to learn how to control a game after taking the lead...

 

Thats why im not a manager! Happy with the 3 points and happy with the team. The last 20 mins were poor, next game's at home hopefully we'll keep the momentum going.

 

But we aren't managers!!! We are the fans! If we were the manager of course we would regret certain decisions in that match and I have a feeling Pardew will tell the players that the second half was poor. But ffs, we just won AT Wolves and we are 3rd!! Let's celebrate now and then later in the week we can curse some of Pardew's decisions.

Exactly my thoughts.

I am definitely thinking we need to sign a LB in January already, Simpson worries me far too much!

 

We're sitting third behind the two Manchester clubs and we've conceded less goals than both of them. I don't see us getting murdered by anybody.

 

Simpson/ Raylor never really been against someone of Bale's and Lennons ability so far this season.
