Now then Rufflad. I think you ought to take a little look at the stats, before making somewhat bitter comments like this. We're bound to be happy we won a trophy. As had been kindly pointed out by many of your compatriots, it's been some time since we last did.
1. I didn't watch it as I was travelling but I would have if I wasn't 2. Of course I wanted Cardiff to win, it would have been unnatural not to want them to win 3. I hate it when you win anything but that doesn't stop me or others showing humility when you do.
and for kingeric.... to be frank i avoided the cardiff "banter" thread last week cos there were some who truned up there to make scummy comments on the wind up. sometimes it requires the bigeer man to just leave it to fair play to you. I'd prefer to follow my clubs manager in respecting utd greatly and wishing to rub your noses in it for the right reasons.... like the fa cup 4th round for instance... thats banter, innit <triffic harry smiley> I for one think we can all come together now and laugh at spurs for the day
Not sure about raging - I think after we went out to Palace he apologised to the fans and said Palace deserved to win. It's obviously not a non event, but be honest, if you were given the choice of swapping the Carling Cup for the FA Cup or the PL you'd take it in a second. I watched it for about the last half an hour (tuned in just before Skrtel scored) and then extra time Of course I wanted Cardiff to win. But that's just standard when Liverpool play! Show me a Liverpool fan who wasn't supporting Norwich yesterday! Dunno about hate it, hate is too strong a word. But I would have been very amused if you'd lost
Wasn't being bitter RedHC, just having a dig. Which the purpose of this thread I always assumed. In fairness, Cardiff were the lesser of two evil's yesterday so as such I didn't really care who won. Congrats, like I said in the lead up, this should be a monkey off your back.
1. you watch it? Yes 2. you willed Cardiff to win with all your might? Stupid question is stupid, who want the dippers to win, other than the dippers? 3. you just hate it when we win anything?[/QUOTE] dont hate it, its funny when the once great team fail week in week out. still credit is due, you won, well done.
Well, as has been proven by Arsenal this season, not winning it causes pressure on the team and manager by both fans and media which itself creates anxiety within the team and the knock on effect is extra pressure!! So yes, monkey off your backs.

And with Suarez dribbling as well. Had it been Lucaas or Mutant Ninja Skrtel I might have been willing to forgive and forget...
