I pinched it all from some fitness website and watched the videos to check how to do them.. On the floor is better apparently as decreases the chance of shoulder injury and also keeps your back stable with your legs bent..

Now I just need to motivate myself to actually do it

Ok, but unless you have nothing on your bar then you won't actually work your chest as the plates will hit the floor before even your elbows do?

Post me a link if you could, I'm intrigued.

I've tried really hard to want to bang her because I love the Scottish accent on a bird but I just can't.

There's too much pissing about in the studio this series, I want to see them cooking for caricature posh tosspots in a castle and running up and down cobbled streets.

I hope Arsenal fans won't continue to mock us for our defeats to Barcelona after that ****ing shambles. They made a team of OAPs look awesome.

well i must say i was not delighted tonight... i was bloody delighted.

the myth of wenger.... my god... its high time it was exposed for what it was... a scouting network outbidding and paying kids silly money to come to arsenal that only taught them the value of cash.. which 90% of them continued to chase elsewhere.

meantime if you care to look at the list of senior players he has actually bought you can see why he's lost it totally.

the boasts about arsenals grand passing style of glorious football as they tap it about the back has also been exploded

    Gervinho £10,600,000
    Alex Oxlade-Chamberlai £12,000,000
    Park Chu-Young £3,000,000
    André Santos £6,200,000
    Mikel Arteta £10,000,000
    Per Mertesacker £10,000,000
    Marouane Chamakh Free
    Laurent Koscielny £10,000,000
    Sebastien Squillaci £4,000,000[1]

    Thomas Vermaelen £10,000,000

    Mikel Sylvester £750,000
    Andrei Arshavin £15,000,000

    Samir Nasri £15,800,000
    Aaron Ramsey £5,000,000
    Luke Freeman £200,000
    Bakari Sagna £6,000,000

    Eduardo £7,500,000
    Lukasz Fabianski £2,000,000
    Denilson £3,400,000
    William Gallas Swap
    Alexandre Song Billong £1,000,000

    Tomas Rosicky £6,800,000
    Mart Poom
    Theo Walcott £9,100,000
    Emmanuel Adebayor £7,000,000
    Vassiriki Diaby £2,000,000
    Aleksandr Hleb £11,200,000
    Armand Traore £250,000
    Vito Mannone £350,000
    Nicklas Bendtner £200,000

    ...........................

can you see the myth? He's as much a bloody wheeler dealer as harry redknapp ever was. Look at the vast sums thrown about and wasted! Oh I CAN TALK BUT THAT MY CLUB AND TONIGHT IT'S WENGERS PARTY!

the names have steadily got less and less "famous" and the talent has dropped and dropped... oh notable stand outs still remain like vermealean and chamberlain but come on!

Times well past for arsenal to get thier "karmatic"comeuppances...

Loads of clubs have bought complete useless ****s..

Other than city spending on big name players who have been the stand out signings over the last few years??

Modric & Bale?? Do they count..

    Odemwingie..

    Demba ba ..

    Tiote..

I think there is a lack of serious talent at the moment.. All the best players are at Madrid or barca.. With a scattering of a few others in serie a.. This hazard keeps getting li led with everyone, as does hamsik..

People talk about him needing more money, but the fact is for the money he spent on Arteta he could've had Cabaye had he acted sooner. For the money he spent on Santos he could've got Enrique. So he basically needs to stop making excuses and stop dismantling the great Arsenal team, he built, bit by bit because he's buying so much ****e players and forcing all the great ones away.

and don't take this the wrong way but the performance of ALL english clubs in cl have shown this over the past 3 years... sorry but you have to admit the draws you got last year were kind... leave that aside......

you want to see whos done well outside of city?

well MON at villa signed milner and downing for half what he ended up having to sell them for.

in fairness to comolli he was the guy in the role when bale and modric arrived at spurs BUT they signed friedal (inspired) parker and of course adebayor so all in all you have to admit they are where they are due to good buys if not outstanding on european terms.

We must look at the reality... most of english money (or russian etc) is wasted.

city wasted a shed load before aguero and silva and yaya who are worth the fees but not the wages. Chelsea want to buy LFC and every one looks less effective than at our club, benayoun... joke... mata is decent but not great paced.

I can't agree ALL the talent is at real and barca.... theres lots in spain at various clubs, theres lots in bayern... the portugese have lots of good players, the thing i'd agree on is they all want to go to real or barca...

look at that list of players in the past 2-3 years.

Koscielny, so light weight.. mertesacker, useless, squillachi.. joke.... gervinho, santos, chamackh... hilarious.

at least houllier lost his job over 3 players, rafa lost his over aquilani and keane and his big mouth... the bargain buckets were not an issue to the g&H brigade.

wenger would seem to be untouchable... he's had the money and wasted it... mr arshavin is the perfect example, touted round at 20mil and rejected by all and then in january he goes to arsenal for half... looked great for 5mins (obviously) then flopped totally.

Way too late for that man, they are long gone. He's left with one single stand out player and we all know who he is and he'll leave this summer.

His absolute stubborn refusal to buy British has ulitimately cost him, all these foreign youngsters do not have the balls or spine for the fight when the chips are down and simply do not understand what it takes to succeed in the English league. He doesn't have the right mix at all and this has failed utterly to give Arsenal any identity.

Another player he could have had was Scott Parker. He ignored him. (so did we but then we have a bloody good squad)

I mean, this Gervinho. I'm not talking with the benefit of hindsight at all because I KNEW from the word go he'd be ****. Look at his hair, look at all their hair!! They're more bothered by having ****ing stupid hair cuts and therein lies the problem.

Wenger has lost the plot it seems. I used to defend him to a certain degree based upon his achievements, his ability to spot and develop young players as well as the good football they play. However some of his decisions (transfer) seem bizarre. Why didn't he buy Cahill when it was clear his defence is patchy as hell. I know Cahill isn't playing this season to his best, but at well below £10 million he was a steal and IMO is better than some of his current CB's. Agree about Parker. Great signing by Spurs. I argued a few seasons ago on the BBC's 606 we should have signed him in the Jan transfer window and was laughed at. Would have given Arsenal some of the steel they are lacking at the moment in the middle of the park.

But upfront where are the forwards? Apart from RVP, they have nothing to offer. Put aside the obvious fact that RVP is their only decent player and they are a one player club, they fail to threaten apart from the dutchman. Very poor squad and tbh unless they improve they will struggle to hold onto RVP in the summer and may not even qualify for the CL next season.

Honestly cannot see Wenger at Arsenal next season. Sad end to a good time in London.

I think guys there is a fact we do over look.

ok so gary cahill, scott parker, and others fine wenge rcould have done business but they ALL want 120k per week or 150k... and wenger only ever paid fabregas that under duress.

Wages are killing arsenal but i'm with you guys his buys have been weak for the past 3-4 years IMO.

arsenal have what i'd call 4 really really good players.

    vermalean. Excellent player, when fit.
    RVP, obviously... when fit
Song. controversial here and only this goodcos flamini and fabregas left but he is rather good.
    sagna. when fit...

    notice the trend?

walcott is the single worst player there, i can't understand why he's not a runner in the 200 or 400m not a fottballer cos he's got nothing but pace about him.
arshavin is fat lazy and uninterested and has been since he arrived nearly.
    gibbs is awful.
koshelny or however you spell it is weak as a kitten at the back.
every goalkeeper are all flappers and lose concentration at least once a game.

if you write out thier CL final team in 2006

    Lehmann
    Eboue Toure Campbell Cole
    Pires Silva Fabregas Hleb
    Ljungberg Henry

    what happened?

barca came a knocking, wenger bought some tosh like rosisky...

    It became in 08

    Alumina
    sagna toure gallas clichy
    Flamini Fabregas
    walcott Eduardo RVP
    adebayor

thats a pretty strong team you know but lets face it injuries and bad decision hurt them... GK should have been shay given for year upon years we all know that but he had to buy rubbish players like alumina

He lost henry, hleb (who wasn't great) lundberg, pires and a lot of expereince and did'nt replace it

    In 2010

    Alumina
    Sagna gallas vermalean clichy
    song diaby
    nasri fabregas arshavin
    RVP

    still strong yeah?

well still a bad keeper, trouble with injuries constantly, fabregas moving further and further forward etc etc

    if we jump to today....

we don't know what the hell their best side is.

    Szczesny
    sagna Mertesacker kosceilny vermaelean
    song ramsey
    walcott arteta Arshavin?
    RVP

Thier defense has imploded, the midifled is a shaodw of its former self..... can they come back?

chamberlain whilshire and others might give hope but the job facving any new person is huge......

Wages are killing Arsenal? Since when? Unless I am mistaken don't they have a strict wage structure in place which they do not break often. Problem is they are not likely to spend huge wages and so the so called top players past them by. Utd increasingly are not prepared to shell out money on top established players from Europe due to the wage demands and so SAF is buying younger untried players.
