anyone within 3 point that far out can win... you mean you back your guys greater bottle to come through... end of march then.... what prediction would you lot make for ponjts totals for city and utd?
May well be - the missus is back from Russia this weekend, but she arrives on Sat so I may have to be "persuasive" in order to get away in the middle of the day. Will let you know on Sat morn. Utd - 89-90 points. Win all our remaining games barring Spurs (lose), City (draw) and one other (lose / draw). City - 89-90 points. Win all their remaining games barring Stoke (lose), Arsenal (draw), Utd (draw) and one other (lose / draw). Destination of the PL title will be decided by who wins and who draws that last game...
right, here i go. utd: Liverpool Norwich Tottenham West Brom Wolves Fulham blackburn (is a mondoay so completes fixtures for last week in march) I'd put utd on.... 15-19 point here. (max min range) city Aston Villa Blackburn Bolton Swansea Chelsea Stoke Sunderland I'd put city on........ SHOCK the same range 15-19points. On PAPER city have the harder run in al honestly but... with swings and roundabouts i'd not at all be suprised if utd and city held station like they are now
I was only asking til the end of march like whiteside was predicting. swarbs is down for a victory this weekend then...
It's based on the fixture list - for some reason Utd's was front loaded - games against the better teams come first and for City it is the other way around. The run-in from the end of March just looks a little bit kinder for us - plus the experience of previous title run-ins. Personally, I think 86pts will be enough to win it.
86.... well seeing city got 45 in the first 19 but have to be behind that form right now you could be right. mind you..... this is the time of year you keep telling us real champions kick on so lets see if city can beat that 90point mark.
I have them both on 74pts after the Blackburn v Utd game on 2nd April. City ahead on goal difference. Utd drawing at Tottenham, City drawing with Chelsea at home and Stoke away. I have Utd for a home win this weekend
I extended out until the end of the season and ended up with Utd on 93pts and City on 91pts. Factoring in relegation threatened teams playing out of their skins and the usual twists and turns I'll stick with 86pts being enough.
Mornin all, cracking game yesterday and I know some were on here giving it both barrells only for United to end up drawing ( which was good for us regardless ) Big game today, hope to see a refreshed Suarez tear apart Tottenham's defense.
Took a fit MILF home with me on friday, we were both hammered.. she is up on my kitchen worktop trying to be sexy wrapping her legs round me, I turn away to pur myself some wine and the daft cow fell off the side knocked herself out on the floor of my kitchen.. I thought she was ****ing dead... so after tea bagging her she came round i quickly bundled her into a taxi at 4am and hoped she remembers none of it..
Btw, to stir up the banter a bit for the day..... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/16898880 having a go at the linesman? I think the calls evened themselves out in the end, and the first half claims he was outside of the box anyway. Ah well.
