I think you need to get your sarcasm detector serviced MITO...it seems to be on the fritz I dunno, considering Wenger had to sell three of his best players over the summer and has another one out all season, and hence had probably one of the worst starts to the season ever, he's doing pretty well to even be within touching distance of the top four, to have comfortably won his CL group and still be in the FA Cup. I'd certainly say he's done better, given his resources and situation, than Dalglish or AVB. There's even an argument that he's done better than Mancini in terms of the respective resources the two managers have.
Wenger has done alright but let's be real, loads of that is due to the blistering form of RVP no two ways about it. For all our not being able to score, bad run of form before the past week, we are now above them again. I think ya if you take the spending and who came out and in then ya Wenger has def done better but there is that old saying " league doesn't lie" ........... in which case Newcastle are better than the both of us! I was purely talking about the losing it part. The end of last season or rather after the CC final, Wenger lost it, absolutely lost it. Good Special 1 TV episodes of Wenger losing it, quite funny.

Well, I think it's fair to say this is the weakest Arsenal squad since Wenger took over. And apparently also the weakest Utd squad in living memory. So Wenger with his weakest squad is in 7th, SAF with his weakest squad is in 2nd And even some of the most biased Liverpool fans have said that if SAF wins the league this year what with City's money and all the injuries it will be his greatest ever achievement. So as long as he's still within touching distance you can hardly say he's underachieved. Or can you?
Fact is though, United won't win the league, they have a very tough run of fixtures coming up now, and the older players legs may run out of steam in the second half of the season. Soon as City get Toure back they will kick on and start to open up a gap. Think United will be fighting four fourth with ourselves and Chelsea.
