I suppose my warped mind should take some of the blame. It is basically a virtual football match using Football Manager to edit the players names, manager, tactics, formations etc..
They talk about how theiir squad is so so superior to everybody elses, and then when they have a couple of injuries which are as predictable as Wayne Rooney being called a fat bastard at Anfield, they make excuses. We've already had Swarbs making pitiful excuses for his sides short-comings. They had a weakened side, but it was nothing to do with injuries. Any team with Carrick and Anderson in its midfield it weakened. It could have been worse, Berbatov could have played and they would have been playing with 8 players for 90 minutes.
