In the same way 40 is more than 38 except in the republic of Trafford. 30 is more than 24 everywhere except the republic of Trafford.

Yeh thats very true. United are pushing the boundaries of whats possible commercially already in some areas. I think we will set the levels for other clubs to aim for in terms of merchandise revenue over the coming years. Teams like Liverpool are just starting to see the potential benefits from boosting these income sources on a scale they have never seen before.

About the population of Scotland. The 24 countries thing is also a minimum. Its possible its greater than 24 but tbh it makes no difference at all. As SuarezLFC said, its the number of people that counts not how they are spread.
