What gave him away to you? For me it was the way he'd reply to someone by simply putting their name followed by a full stop, then start a new line for the rest of his post. That, and his lack of paragraphing. He's starting to get back into the old rant mode now though, so it's obvious to anyone.
hear what your saying, but Owen wasn't an ex-player when he came to OT and is a by far a better player (when fit) and as you say we have players like Welbeck and Macheda as back up so Owen has never been a gamble, especially with his rolling contract(at the time). I just think you've got rid of him once, for whatever reason/s, you've now dipped into the market and been cute with the signings, ok you probably paid over the odds for the ponytail, but then you fleeced Chelsea with Torres, so you still came out on top, but Bellamy? average player and a bigger thug than whatisface at Newcastle!
Not saying Bellamy is the answer, but we do need someone more experienced than Ngog who continues to be hit and miss. We need players that will push us in the top 4 now, and Ngog simply won't do it. I think it will be deadline day we bring in the 3rd striker/winger.
Imagine you sign him and you play out a 3-3 thriller with Everton.....the 95th minute goes by and BOOM! 4-3 Liverpool, Bellamy, 3 points, derby win.
Or the way he starts his replies by quoting a single sentence by someone by just retyping what they said instead of using the quote code.
