Morning, some decent football today!

 

We would like (another) goalscorer, but not one who has kissed the badge on the table cloth. Bedsides we have Suarez, he scores goals, creates assists and is an all round entertainer, not a one trick pony like chickaroo

 

I agree. We don't want Trafford Trash, they are the ones that signed Liverpool rejects, Owen, Rooney ( Its the only reason he joined Evertons academy, he wasn't good enough for Liverpools. Neither were boyhood Liverpool fans that joined Everton Jose Baxter, Tony Hibbert and Leon Osman) and Wootton.

 

You both know full well that the question of us having Hernandez wasn't about us signing him from Man Utd, it was about whether we would have liked him in our side, irrelevant of who he's played for

 

He is highly overrated, one hat-trick in a blue moon against one of the worst defences in the prem does not constitute a world class forward.

We want world class strikers.
We want to get back to rejecting players that end up captaining them, because they aren't good enough for our reserve side. Similar to how Bob Paisley said no thanks to Ron Atkinson in 1981 when Atkinson offered him then WBA player Bryan Robson.

 

Just think a couple more games and Utd will have 3 TIMES as many points as Liverpool this season.

Definitely. Never thought I'd be happy with Suarez, but not only did he score a goal that cost Chelsea points, he also crocked one of their players! Only one winner in the Battle of the Racists

wouldnt say he was overated, Chelsea and Arsenal fans dont rate him at all, and he didnt get the hat trick he just scored 2 goals.
