    This. Also not sure what they are unhappy about. In the last year two high profile players have been accused of using racist language and both have been punished despite the evidence not being conclusive. When was the last time that happened? Ten years ago those type of allegations probably wouldn't even have been investigated! There's definitely progress there, even if some people won't be happy until Terry and Suarez are hanging from a gibbet...

    Seen for what it really is? You mean the resting of a 33 year old with a chronic back problem ahead of a crucial match? I supposed Evra has also pissed off SAF in some manner?

    If we beat Braga and Chelsea, will you admit that resting Rio is simply another example of great man management from a world class manager?

    Two Utd games in just over a year? Quite impressive given that he hasn't refereed at Anfield since Liverpool drew 1-1 with Villa which ended their title challenge in April 2008. Four years with only two away games to show for it, he must have used up all the credibility he got after gifting Liverpool wins against Wigan and Everton earlier that season.

    Conclusive proof that Liverpool obviously have much more clout with the FA than Utd <whistle>

    Sorry mate, he's still trying to get Liverpool to like him again. They've never forgiven him for abandoning them in late 2007. It was the point at which Rafa's reign started to come apart.

    We lose with eight players sent off I'm afraid...

    You mean against Wigan? The linesman called offside against a player who was not interfering with play. In that case it's down to the referee to overrule the linesman and make the right decision.

    Unless he's scared he might featured in a fahkts rant if he makes the right call... <whistle>
