Can't concur. He had a job to do at Swansea and I can't see him being given the time to get it all sorted at Liverpool. Could be wrong, but if top four is the benchmark he's got a real job on his hands.

He is potentially a great manager but I think he's gone for the big one too soon myself. Time will tell.

 

Is Rogers the best Liverpool can attract? Apparently Martinez turned down the role.

 

Don't see the difference between the 2, either is a risk and both play a similar style. Lot of work for Rodgers to do, hopefully he gets it right.

You don't have the first idea of who Rodgers is and what he may or may not have achieved, you just pick up stuff in the paper and think it's your own opinion.

You were on another thread slating Swansea players and asking why the mighty Liverpool would want any of them but now you've got their manager he's become some demi god in your clueless eyes.

He'll struggle with you lot unless he's given three seasons to impart what he wants to do on the club. Something tells me he won't get that so I see trouble ahead. This is on the basis of having seen his team play regularly so it's an opinion formed on knowledge, not the bluster coming out of your empty ****ing head.
