We have a moderate cold front at the moment, making the temp a balmy 19 degrees for the last couple of days. I'm not complaining - this time last week it was 37!

You clearly have no clue about football... That team which included some of those players was quality... Bryan Robson by a country mile the best England captain we have ever had...
He was always injured in big tournaments though, so I don't see how he can be one of England's finest captains ever.
