It's Alonso's and Lewis' race to lose in my opinion. Ferrari have fantastic race pace, far better than what RBR have got. McLaren have got traction control so that's a big enough advantage to close down the RB8 in both qualifying and race and their tyre preservation should be unmatched now since the machine does all the work now.
I see. OK. If it were a real traction control system (driver operated or not) surely it should be banned? I thought thats basically what Red Bull were doing with their engine maps last year, and they got banned?
RBR's version if I remember properly was not driver operated but map controlled by a CPU. Can I start screaming unsportsman like now? Or is it too justified considering the **** RBR got?
Go for it. Traction control (in any form) is illegal, if McLaren are using a system, they should be dealt with, bunch of poncy cheaters.
True, the tyre compounds are softer as well, and there has been a lot of news about there being high lateral tyre wear or something. So I expect them to go backwards as usual, very far from the China performance lol.
McLaren never play by the rules, why cant they race like the rest of the teams, LEGALLY! Man that felt good!
Hmmm.. I thought it was just Ferrari and Benetton that cheated in more than 50 years of F1. Mclaren are just as bad it seems.
It's been their biggest problem for the last few years, something I would've thought Brawn, with his supposed brilliance, would've fixed by now. It makes the story AG put up about the superAguri hold a lot more weight. Is Brawn the genius people think he is, or just someone who got a bit lucky?
May also be true, compare him to Newey now. Also I heard a team radio to Nico this morning about keeping tyre temperatures down. I thought to myself, "that's been the most common message since Bahrain 2010". Facepalm.
*chokes on coffee* You are right... Because the the likes of Ferrari and RBR are always above board, always play by the rules and are the epitome of sportsmanship. Nail em up i say... NAIL EM UP!!
12 quadrillion euros? About the average phone bill.... French phone bill waived after 12qn-euro blunder
" later offered to set up instalments to pay off the bill." Oh my... I was about rolling on the office floor after reading that.
