What? me having a pop at his intellectual capacity having a ceiling of the OU, is somehow worse than him talking about me having a lobotomy? ****ing hell, curious perspective jenners. EDIT: incidentally check out who started throwing the ****
I don't think he singled either of you two out? Hence you two don't like so personal insults can maybe just relax a bit?
Ok, that is the second time I have merged a thread because it started out with one item and turned into a bitch fest between the blues and reds. Stop dragging other threads into that **** and leave it in here. It was about season tickets and then it turned into just bickering. I don't care who and how it starts, it won't be just merged next time and red or blue will be spoken to.
My excuse is - I am bored ****ing ****less in this job of mine. I cycle endlessly across half a dozen forums all day long. Occasionally I actually have work to do which always comes as a bit of a shock
I am sure he will be back after some time to cool off but you can only poke the bear so much before they attack ( or whatever animal analogy you want to use). As LG said it is one out and one in almost right on cue anyway.
errrm, if you'd care to check out #857 & come back to me.......... He took that as his cue, to have a pop, as he felt he had an ally....... the scrote.
But you took what he wrote as a cue to have pop at me - so I responded. The rest is up to you 2. Glad Bluff finally had the grace to let us know that he'd merged the threads. It was quite confusing there for a while.
You're argument is fair DK but it also has consequences. Your logic is fair but there is a problem. Is there a line we draw and say the price is too much now or do we just see the price rise and rise and rise as long as the club can sell all the tickets? If we can drive it up to £150 a game and still sell out is that ok? By your logic (which I'm not saying is wrong before I get accused of not let someone have a differing opinion) there is never a limit as long as we can sell out right? Ultimately this will get us to a point where very few from the city the club is based in can go to the game right? The more expensive it gets the more people like myself get squeezed out. Now I shouldn't be a special case and neither should anyone else from the city...however, is the club part of the fabric of the city itself or not? My belief is that it is and so the people of the city do have a special affinity that people from outside don't have. I don't mean that to sound snobbish to those not from the city but I honestly feel being a Red was born into me...not a choice...it was just meant to be. Price the people from the city out of the club and why even bother staying in the city. Just build a stadium next to Manchester airport so the fans can be "serviced" a little easier. At what point do we go from being LIVERPOOL Football Club to being just A Football Club? Here's a simple question. Should the club look after the people who will still be going and supporting it if they end up in division 3 or chew them up, spit them out and soak up the dollars from the next guy. If that really is the case then fair to say my days as a fan are numbered
