  1. Yep, I took a bit of delight (despite them not being able to hear me) in pointing out they were wrong on a technicality; he hasn't missed twenty-five games...he's still got six to go!

Plus they were factually wrong anyway; it'll be twenty-seven (the current ten games, the eight it got for racial comments and nine for Ajax (they suspended him for two before the Dutch FA banned him for seven more, nor did he serve them all mind, I think he did eight?)) plus regular suspensions. #prickscantevengetfactsright

That lot in the studio are as cheerful as herpes as well!

All must have been on the lash last night & all hungover.

Now Pierce is listing deaths & tragedy. Christ almighty.

The BBC appoint such awful pundits. Savage, Owen, Lawrenson, Shearer etc are all bland, clueless ****ers.

Sky are miles ahead of them on football coverage & BT Sport will be as well. Even ITV's pundits are better (just a shame they have Chiles)

What annoys me about the commentators is that when they're in foreign countries they'll take the piss out of players' mistakes/fat stretcher-bearers etc and say whatever they like with impunity, but they wouldn't dare say those things here in case they have to face them.
    It's cowardly and unnecessary.
Lawrenson is such an annoying prick- he thinks he's witty but he just comes across as pathetic and mean-spirited.

I know he gets a bad press from footie fans but he can be quite funny

Aquillani's tackle just "Suprised he didnt injure himself"

    And on Hulk

"Never seen a player with a more apt name, bar Savage" :cheesy:

Two of the biggest names in World football serve up..........a load of tripe!

A first half full of niggly fouls, play acting and yellow cards.Diabolical.

Dante's late strike doesn't mask this awful spectacle,it can only get better.

He just sounds jaded with football to me? He needs to move aside and let someone with a passion for the game take his place.
