I said in one topic (not sure which one) we won't see him much, the disappointment of losing the Premier League and the World Cup disaster is enough to make any man tired, he played a whole season last season and just think this one he will be completely burned out.

Given I never said who I thought it was how the **** can you say that?

<laugh>

Have taken you off ignore for now. As you obviously aren't going away anytime soon <whistle>

If the username starts with 'j', it wasn't him <ok>

Come on lads, I did ask for the topic to move on once already...

Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez claims Liverpool agreed to sell Luis Suarez to Barca last November.

Tabarez claims Suarez told him before the Jordan match last November that Liverpool had agreed to him switching at the end of the season. But after Suarez's best season with the club Liverpool told Barcelona that they didnt want to go through with the arrangement.

Suarez found out the news after his double strike against England and went into meltdown. According to Tabarez he had to have Luis train away from the main group.

*****************((***************

Maybe this explains the bite and the comments from pere guardiola that Brendan Rodgers went back on an agreement he had with Luis, and Luis would never work for Brendan again because of it.

This is the 3rd player to claim all is not what it seems when leaving the club. Torres and Masch both claim the fans dont know the full story behind their exits.

Granted its the first with Brendan but is someone else at the club lying to players with false promises etc.

Interesting hypothesis... and maybe correct... however, I was curious about your link- so went to Wiki:

Sportskeeda is an all-sports website based in Bangalore (India) that functions on the principle of crowdsourcing. It is essentially a network of fans and writers who express their opinions on a variety of subjects related to sports. The site publishes around 150 articles every day,

So it's Bangalore's equivalent of caughtoffside. Could be true- or could be completely invented.

Well I hope its true with the Tabarez "quotes" and it would give this whole pile of do do closure.

Lfc wanted rid he played good they wanted to keep him he got the hump now he's off <ok>

The quotes have already been dismissed as fake. I am not sure what people making these quotes up actually get out of making them up.
