Bloody hell, don't know I could cope if I was faced with something like that in the UK.

I'm sure it'd be hard trying to concentrate on the match when you're being shelled as well. <ok>

    Don't be ridiculous.

Ivory Coast and Sengal will get to the final.

Tiote will Break Cissé's leg whilst the impact would have shattered his ankle. Ba, running to help them out, trips over Cissé's mangled leg which causes his knee to implode on itself.

    Just a thought...

Or the three of them go out for a drink the night before the final, and Tiote spikes their drinks with his sweat, causing them to vomit profusely and end up in a mental hospital. Tiote meanwhile goes mad with power, and tries a similar trick on David Cameron, Simon Cowell, a random guy in a warehouse in Solihull and Sepp Blatter, all of which end with the same results, leading him to take control of the Government, Britians Got Talent, Warehouse 4b and FIFA. With his new found power, he abolishes Nick Clegg, Piers Morgan, the pointless 15minute break from 10:30-10:45 and every team other than us and Chesterfield u18s, and both teams have to play a continuous game for 7years, until Pardew goes bald or Shola is finally substituted.

    It could happen...

Apparently in every one of Senegal's qualifiers, Cisse was picked over Ba.

He's gotta be doing something right then! Hopefully he can carry his good form onto playing for us, although we know that it's never guaranteed (Carroll).

There's often a lot of unexpected results at the ACON, or at least that's always been my impression of the tourny? So I really don't know what to expect... Although Cote D'Ivoire SHOULD win on paper, who knows who'll bring it all together - it's so hard to really predict results when there're so many unknown, potentially underrated players.

Yeah, I reckon it will be Ivory Coast. They will beat either Senegal or Ghana in the final imo although as you say, who knows - there might be a surprise package...

I think Senegal will edge it.

Ivory Coast and Ghana both have very strong all-round teams. However whilst part of Senegal's team is average (although better than I thought), their attack is unbelievable (and it's ours, I still can't believe it), so I can see them winning the tournament just through outscoring every other team.

Yeah they have good forwards, Sow aswell as ours :). But, Ivory Coast have Drogba and Kalou up front and are strong in the middle with Tiote/Toure and the other Toure at the back. I think they will nick it.

They're always **** in to ACoN, despite a very strong squad. Plus, Drogba's a bit slow and **** now...
