Just because a player did not perform for one club does not mean he is rubbish. It comes down to whether he fits in with the style of football and gels with his team mates or not.......
No one has said he's rubbish Dai, but he is a striker and previous club form, number of goals scored, is certainly a worthy stick to measure him by. For us it will depend on whether he possesses the discipline necessary to play in our system; which tends to stifle individuality in favour of a team game.
Someone doesn't like Ayew "He's a motherf*****! West Ham, Swansea and Liverpool target slated by team-mate Gignac" as reported in that bastion of bollox, The Daily Stir, oops, The Daily Star http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/fo...Swansea-Liverpool-Transfer-News-Gossip-Latest Latest: back tomorrow for a medical? unconfirmed Everything's crossed
Tabanou and Ayew would massively strengthen our left hand side...Ayew in particular I've been a big fan of for quite some time.
I'm holding my breath TB Ayew relishing Gomis partnership http://www.teamtalk.com/west-ham-united/9880294/- Why Swansea City signing Andre Ayew signals a significant statement of intent http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/swansea-city-signing-andre-ayew-9423853 Comment: Swansea once again outclass Newcastle http://www.themag.co.uk/2015/06/comment-swansea-once-again-outclass-newcastle/ West Ham not giving up on Andre Ayew http://africanfootball.com//news/538021/West-Ham-not-giving-up-on-Andre-Ayew
On Sky Sports West Ham say they are announcing a big signing today and the piece about Ayew joining us disappeared from Premier League news on the same channel.

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/.../swansea-city-linked-hot-shot-watford-9441971 Seems to be building in the press Not sure about this one, but has more goals than Okaka.
Looks like Taylor has got some stiff competition http://theswanseaway.co.uk/2015/06/...-the-st-etienne-left-back-bring-to-the-swans/
http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2015...in-talks-with-newcastle-linked-aleksandar-mi/ As much as I'd like, I really can't see this happening. Positives for me, he's an uncompromising player and will scare the ball into the back of the net and should score many goals. Negatives - Work rate, age, inexperienced and he has issues. He has quite an aggressive nature a la Diego Costa, so needs controlling and will Monk want to give time and pay special attention to one player over another. Main issue for me is there's no way he'll come to play second fiddle, he'll want to be top dog and this desire puts him right in Bafe's face. Could be a problem but who knows, I don't. If it was up to me, I'd put my goggles and driving gloves on and I'd make my Lada scream as I race to Belgium to pick him up. If I leave now I should be back just before season starts.
