A smooth getaway for most, this weekend Honeydew and Nazara were the unfortunate victims of genji this week, there is serious discussion amongst the drivers of a ban for the reckless genji. Honeydew was wiped out instantly, while Nazara drove the rest of the race with a car with no 4th gear, earning man points if nothing else. Lickorish, the good team mate he is drove around with Nazara making sure he was unhurt before leaving him towards the end to secure the final point. di Fredsta continued his inconsistent run of form, finishing 9th, some believe he was drunk a mere 4 hours before the race. A brave drive from Caesar, holding 4th place for much of the race, creating a Trulli Train, re-nicknamed a Julius Jam, losing places through the pits and eventually finishing 8th, he let his feelings known to the team and demanded a better car for the next race. tomtom94 and EMSC continue to score their team's points and once again battled through the race together, MaxWhiplash retired with mechanical failure.... The Lotus' were held up behind Caesar for much of the race, and when they got through, RoadRunner broke lap record after lap record and finished a mere second behind the winner, yet somehow finished 4th - due to a thrilling 3-way battle for 1st. The three diced throughout the race, the two McLarens perhaps too cautious around each other allowing Bhaji to keep in touch, heading into the final lap Bhaji had the lead from DHCanary and BLS, as they turned into the final straight, BLS and DHC both got slipstream, and BLS passed them both on the line for the win!! Incredible racing! What this means for the championship is that BLS jumps up into the title battle, joining El_Bando and RR, di Fredsta and DHCanary are still in touch, but Caesar and Bhaji will need some very good results to keep in touch
Caesar was weaving about all over the place for 3/4 of the race! I would have easily lapped everyone twice if not for him! Where's my stewards investigation?!?
