The next at Ponty is a great race in prospect with some established sprinters and a little lady thrown in against the big boys at the bottom in Valonia. I backed this horse at 33's at Goodwood and just got run out of a place but I fancy her to win this today. You would not believe my bad luck at present however as everything is coming second, I am very philosophical after a good few years in this game, but even I am beginning to feel sorry for myself. Ponty 3.45 Valonia
3 out of 3 for McCoy so far today takes him to 97 winners .................... 3 more rides to come today
There aren't any doubters AR but what has been said, and I've said it myself, is that the only way to get him beat (if there is a way) is a fast run race over a mile at (say) Newmarket, which is where he suffered his only defeat. Nothing has his turn of foot so by running the first 50/70% slowly they are putting it on a plate for him.
Wont be beaten by a stiff mile, human error got him beat in the Guineas. If the ground is rock hard he wont run. Australia will need to do something special this week to have any claim to be the best 3yo colt.
Well done Greg Rutherford; another Gold. What with a Little Mix member from High Wycombe - Bucks has talent. And Wycombe won again yesterday. Can't pick winners so have to hang onto something.
Well done stick -i'm sure you will be satisfied with both aspects -race reading /form is not an exact science but does require a good memory and a grasp of Intelligence! You have both!
Well done Stick but I'd say take more satisfaction out of the 2nd part, the first part is just basically ****ting over someone else's selection and that's nowt to brag about
