    It must be nice to get a bit of solitude with some decent scenery. I can't believe the number of people about locally down here, been the same right through Tier 4 and the parks are rammed at the moment, even with the shyte weather...

    I've got water and beaches in front of me, and hills and lochs behind, all within a 5 mile radius, so can find somewhere to stretch our legs and get away from the crowds if needed

    Very nice, I can see the top of Crystal Palace's Holmesdale Rd Stand from my doorstep (just the corner of the roof thankfully!). I'm a 20 minute drive from anything worth seeing on the other side of Croydon...

    Displays of the Aurora Borealis were visible from north and north east Scotland overnight.

    Also known as the Northern Lights, the aurora appear as shimmering waves of light when atoms in the Earth's high-altitude atmosphere collide with energetic charged particles from the sun.
