Ta Dan. Knew about Dawn Approach, was unaware about Farhh heading off to 'duties'. Lovely looking head on him, to my completely untrained eye anyway! That is, the one in the photo
If you look at the full body picture of Farhh that I put up you can some of the marks left by injuries to his legs. He's a very fragile animal, hence his retirement.
That first pic of Frankel has a touch of Henry Cecil about it - foppish fringe flopping over the forehead
If you look carefully at the pictures you'll see that both Oasis Dream and Dubawi have to wear a chain under their chin for easier control - they are both quite a handful! All the other stallions have ordinary leather straps.
I've had a lovely letter this morning thanking the Not 606ers for their donation to the East Anglia's Children's Hospice. I highly recommend everyone visits their website to see the sterling work they do.
It's worth everyone noting that on EACH's current fundraising auction, one of the prizes is tickets to go racing at Newmarket, receive a Frankel goody bag and have your photo taken with the horse himself - bidding is up to £600. More here.
