Highlights of yesterday's Scottish Championship match between Raith Rovers and Arbroath - at around the 7:50 mark there's an absolutely cracking goal by Arbroath's Ali Adams. What made it all the more special was the fact that he was Arbroath's substitute goalkeeper. They had travelled to the match with just 4 subs and had already used 3 of them when injury in the 58th minute forced them to bring him on as an outfield player - and it was actually his debut for the club. His Transfermarkt value is €50k - will probably soar after that...
SSN were talking earlier about the bookies' favourites to take over - apparently John Eustace is 6/1. I'd wet myself laughing if that happened...
He'd be mad to accept - but apparently they're still paying him so there may be some clause that forces him to accept.
After last night's great attacking game, watching West Ham v Brighton was more like slow motion chess. Dreadful stuff.
