It's quite obvious what has driven this - the Green Brigade are very vocal with their support for Palestine. Football and religion together is bad enough, but throwing politics into the mix makes it totally toxic. I sense that the Celtic board has been 'got at' - and can only wonder who is behind it.

Well it is a different country... But you're right, the media here are a law unto their backers and accordingly report very selectively. Virtually everything they say and do is so biased against the Scottish Government it's not funny. I think they act as Westminster's Deflection Unit - whenever there's something bad about to break, they run the same old stories about Nicola Sturgeon, Humza Youssef, drug deaths, a scheduled ferry run to the Western isles being cancelled or about pigeon droppings in a hospital. Ludicrous but tiring...
