Going by the Blackpool fan reaction they wanted him out a long time ago.
    Rather left field replacement potentially

    Mick McCarthy.!

Thought he had retired tbh .

    Like us recruiting Hodgson?

I still have not forgiven him for telling Connolly(cant remember his first name) to find a bigger club than Watford if he wanted to play for Ireland

He did, his career bombed, never played for Ireland again and messed up our promotion bid

Spurs fans are actually cheering Man City beating them 4 - 2 because it reduces Arsenal's lead to five points but lessens their chances of top 4

They probably just knew what was coming .

Been a very Spurs trait this season to only play in one half and not the other !

Sheffield Utd. have been placed under a January transfer embargo after defaulting on a payment owed to another club. They will be granted “two business days” to secure the removal of the notice before the EFL publicly acknowledges their situation and states its reasons for taking the step.

Apparently their most recent financial statement states that they owed £18.25m in outstanding transfer payments - and their Arab prince owner is trying to offload them.

Probably just as well for them they look like going up and will probably be able pay all these outstanding fees in the summer.

Not unsurprisingly, Everton have sacked Lampard. Dyche being mooted as his replacement.

A shock in the offing in the Scottish Cup - Aberdeen down 1-0 at 6th tier side Darvel after 35 minutes.

That's akin to St. Albans leading Fulham...

    And they did it .

Some desperate defending , great goalkeeping and some luck got them over the line .

    Amazing!

An Aberdeen fan walked into a Travel Agency and asked if they could recommend a quiet village, suitable for a peaceful weekend break.
The agent replied "Certainly sir, I know just the place in Ayrshire. You simply can't beat Darvel at this time of year."
