    Apparently he did have a couple of drink and drive incidents which would’ve not gone down well .

    And maybe not media savvy to become a celeb like Beckham or have enough friends at the FA.

    Was he a pundits at any point after playing ?

    Has to be remembered Moore did die very young aged 51 too having played till well into his 30s not that long a period between the two.

    According to wiki ( I know !) he was manager at Southend for a bit in the mid 80s.

    “He became manager of Southend United in 1984. In his first full season, 1984–85, Southend narrowly avoided having to apply for re-election to the Football League amid severe financial difficulties. However, the side was gradually rebuilt and in the 1985–86 season Southend started well and were in the promotion race until the new year before eventually finishing 9th”

    He only had one spell managing, unsuccessfully, at Southend. You do wonder sometimes how managers without good track records keep getting jobs after their latest failure. They must interview well.

    I suppose there's always the possibility that the Bogota bracelet allegation in 1970 was either true or simply left a question mark over him, and few of the FA suits were prepared to take the risk.

    Udinese went on to win 2-1 at 90+3.
    Third in the table, one point behind leaders Napoli and second placed Atalanta.

    True - least he was playing!

    Trouble is Forest have brought fancy expensive names up front so feel they have to play like Lingard .

    They put 4 past Roma (6th), three past Inter and Sassuolo (9th and 8th), lost at Milan on the opening day and are on a 6-match winning streak.

    Udinese were in the Champions League the season prior to the Pozzo's buying Watford, and the Europa League that season... so the wind-up merchants can go do one in my book! :emoticon-0148-yes:

    Yes they have always been pretty consistent and good save for a few seasons when the Pozzos brought us and we went up and their fans got upset themselves!
