Tuchel got the sack for winning the three trophies that Pep is unable to win at Man City, even tho Peps mandate was to win the big ones outside of the English Leagues trophies
Eddie Howe complaining about Bournemouth breaking up play and time wasting .. Wonder where they learnt that from ?!
Udinese beat Inter and now top! https://www.flashscore.com/match/lrKuz1r5/#/match-summary/match-summary
This wouldn’t surprise me as the big boys get more and more power . https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/62965782
Clubs playing in Euro competitions should have the option of not competing in the FA Cup and/or League Cup or else play their under 23 teams up to the semi-finals If they reduce the Premier League to 18 clubs that will destroy the chance for smaller clubs to get promoted and survive in the Prem it is bad enough with 20 clubs, but it was much better when there were 22 clubs in the Prem and only the worst teams went down, now a club could lose the last two games and go down
Scotland have Ukraine on the rack in their Nations League match - but only lead 1-0. They really should be at least 4 goals up...
Tattooed Man Dykes heads in another - now 3-0. God only knows why Scotland didn't play this well against them back in June - totally dominating them.
Poor old Coventry. Just returned to the city having played their home games in Birmingham, now to find that their landlords, Wasps RUF are in financial peril over unpaid tax bills.
Their fans seem to think it’s good news for them if Wasps go bust as the relationship isn’t good but must lead to uncertainty.
I have mixed thoughts over this - particularly on the Wasps angle, and probably shouldn't assume anything until there's some clarification on what constitutes "unpaid tax bills" - and why they were unpaid. Covid-related or poor/corrupt business practices?
Flippant, I know - but this can't be correct. "Wasps said last month they were in talks with His Majesty's Revenue & Customs over an unpaid tax bill."
What a sad and tragic tale still rumbling along. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-62594529 They knew this plane was dodgy yet still carried on flying it leading to 2 untimely deaths and a lot of legal cases. A lot of people ought to feel very bad about what happened.
Yes, a sorry tale all round - no winners, only losers. It's really hard to take sides in this affair, but I think my sympathies lie with Cardiff. If I'm not wrong, they are still required to pay the £15m transfer fee to Nantes, who had originally only paid €1m for him. Maybe common sense should have seen some sort of compromise? Yes, they can attempt to recoup their loss from those at fault for the crash through the courts - but even if the courts find in their favour there's no guarantee that they will get their money. A harsh lesson, but perhaps they should have insisted that Sala had taken that commercial flight they offered to him.
