According to The Independent's Miguel Delaney, the Champions League last-16 fixtures will likely stand despite what appeared to be an administrative error regarding Manchester United. United were first erroneously drawn against Villarreal - a side they had already been paired with in Group F. Former Arsenal forward Andrey Arshavin was asked to draw again, and neighbours Manchester City will instead face Villarreal. However, for reasons which are unclear, United were not then put in the pot of potential opponents for Atletico Madrid, who instead got Bayern Munich, with United subsequently pitted against Paris St-Germain.
Ridiculous ! A boy could have done a draw like this using a bobble hat and cigarette papers - it would have been cheaper and more accurate.
Well I could practice at making it a bit ceremonial..... and number 6...........Watford....... will play number 13........Bayern Munich. Just stretch out the pauses a bit and it works !
Draw against Burnley and Crystal Palace should just keep us afloat, anything more and we can start to believe
I don't fancy out chances tomorrow really. Dyche is no dummy and he'll get em to knock on our defensive plywood door until it crumbles.
Do they ever get that many in the ground in a single game A bit like Bournemouth saying that when their maximun capacity is 11k
They did get over 10k 3 or 4 years ago against MK Dons, but mostly get around half to a third of that. Their 'local derby' against Barrow a few weeks ago attracted around 7.5k
A Euro 2020 feel for England after the the Nations League draw with a re-match against Italy and Germany plus Hungary who we have played in recent times. Think one match will be behind closed doors at Wembley. Wales get drawn against Belgium once more and face the Netherlands/Poland. A home nations clash of sorts with Scotland playing the Republic of Ireland plus Ukraine who they face in the World Cup play-offs
