Burnley are dreadful to play against. Still very much a long ball side which seems to throw the pass it around sides.
Norwich out of the cup thanks to Barnsley - with any luck that will dent their confidence. Swansea, on the other hand, 5-1 winners against the Florists - with any luck that will go to their heads...
Watching Udinese -Inter with four ex Horns. Every time I have a look in there it is chucking it down with rain.
I've been watching that too - a decent result for Udinese but wasn't impressed by GD or RP. It would be interesting to see a Watford - Udinese match up - based on this performance I reckon we'd win.
That game had everything that people on here were moaning about. Pass sideways, backwards, then sideways again. It was grim to watch.
Not as much as Stoke. Ashley Young didn't have too bad a game until he was subbed off. Apart from that, it wasn't much to write home about.
Not that is a bad thing but there were 2 balls on the pitch when Chelsea scored their first . Mind you they got lucky with their goal so probably evens itself out .
A first goal VAR would have cancelled out and goalkeepers errors for the next two So a one nil win for Chelski
True - kind of even itself out in the end. They do say always play to the whistle and well certainly don't rely on VAR! Man U v Liverpool was a good open game. Some well taken goals and both teams wanted to win rather than holding on for a draw like the league game. Funny old game - OGS was under pressure not so long ago. Now Man U are top and just beaten their big rivals in the cup. And being out of the Champions league might help them.
