It was a bad start for them but typical Arsenal... they want to pass teams to death and walk it in. Didn't bother watching it after 40minutes - all as predictable as Watford. So in a one word answer... no.
Gerrard to Rangers then - bold move by him. Be gone next season if they don't come 2nd closer to Celtic or reach a cup final ... After all that is what Rangers might expect even if it's not realistic?
I doubt Man U will be as bad next week somehow at home against our defence . Credit to Brighton - defence is very soild.
Real effort being put in by Stoke against Palace. Skill a bit short, but a blood and thunder game. HT Stoke 1-0 Palace
Watching the women's cup final, can someone please tell me when the kick off law was changed I'm sure when I was playing regularly the ball had to travel at least it's own circumference in a forward motion. These days most seem to play it straight back in their own half Am I misremembering?
“Sir Alex Ferguson has undergone emergency surgery today for a brain haemorrhage. The procedure has gone very well but he needs a period of intensive care to optimise his recovery.
Sir Alex - quick recovery please. On another note, it is the Mexican knock out league here. Top 8 qualify from 17 games. 1st v 8th, 2nd v 7th, 3rd v 6th and yes you guessed it, 4th v 5th. Winner is champion. The league is only to qualify, the laguilla is everything. Home and away legs all the way, and top teams from the league have home advantage second game. Personally, I think it is a great way to make a half season worth it for almost all teams until the final games. However, here there are two Champions a year.
I watched the highlights and on at least 2 occasions they seemed more interested in trying to claim penalties for the slimiest of touches in the area rather than trying to score. Probably sums up Arsenal to a tee - don't like any physical contact and more worried about being hurt than putting themselves on the line.
Currently 0-4 at 75mins, Fofana off for a stamp tackle on a TV replay. Udinese are truly woeful. Won't be wanting this keeper, beaten twice at the near post. Third coach in one season.
Huddersfield having a right old go at Man.City. Might as well, you cannot shut up shop for 90 minutes.
Huddersfield turn up and spoil Man City party. Well done to them. That was a point I don't think some of us expected them to get.
